Warranty Policy
All items and accessories purchased from our website are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, commencing from the date of delivery.
Our warranty covers:
- Structural defects, including faulty joints, hinges, or extension mechanisms.
- Manufacturing defects that affect the intended function of the product.
What our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, or minor cosmetic imperfections.
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, improper installation, or accidents.
- Rusting, tarnishing, or corrosion caused by exposure to moisture, humidity, or improper cleaning methods.
- Any modifications, alterations carried out by unauthorized parties.
Warranty claims & exchanges:
If a defect arises within the warranty period, a one-for-one exchange will be provided upon return of the item to our office by the customer.
- Customers are required to bring the defective item to our office for the exchange.
- On-site servicing is not provided.
- Delivery services are not included for warranty claims.
