Warranty Policy (for small item and accessories)

12-Month Limited Warranty (Small Items & Accessories)

In addition to our Exchange and Refund Policy above, all items and accessories purchased from Reroom Interior Pte. Ltd. are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, commencing from the date of delivery or self-collection.

What our warranty covers:

  • Structural defects, including faulty joints, hinges, or extension mechanisms.
  • Manufacturing defects that affect the intended function of the product.

What our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or minor cosmetic imperfections.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, improper installation, or accidents.
  • Rusting, tarnishing, or corrosion caused by exposure to moisture, humidity, or improper cleaning methods.
  • Any modifications or alterations carried out by unauthorized parties.
  • Issues already addressed under our 3-day Exchange and Refund Policy (see above).

Warranty claims and exchanges:
If a defect arises within the 12-month warranty period, a one-for-one exchange will be provided upon return of the item to our office.

  • Customers are required to bring the defective item to our office for the exchange.
  • On-site servicing is not provided.
  • Delivery services are not included for warranty claims.
  • This warranty provides for exchange only; it does not include cash refunds.
